New Mario Kart 8 Announced

Nintendo just announced the highly anticipated Mario Kart 8 for Wii-U but with a very vague release date of "Spring 2014." I myself haven't found the need to purchase a Wii-U just yet but Mario Kart would be the game to bring me over the edge. I just envision the late nights spent on N64 and Gamecube where banana peels and blue shells could make or break a relationship. Max: The Curse of Brotherhood Announcement Trailer

If you grew up with siblings, we have all been where Max has been..."I wish you would just disappear!" Toys destroyed, constant sharing and combined punishments but if the time came to serve and protect oh believe we would be there in a heartbeat.

And thats Max, he has wished his brothers existence away and now that it has come true he has to save and bring his brother back. I was able to demo this game during the Xbox One Tour and I felt immediately drawn into the story. The controls were simple and it reminded me a bit of Nintendo's Scribblenauts.

Press Play's 2.5D side-scrolling platformer, Max: The Curse of Brotherhood is set to release in North America tomorrow! Yes December 20, 2013 and will cost $14.99 available through the Xbox Games Store.

This trailer of games for the Xbox One console got me so excited for what is to come...

2014 will be a great year for us gamers...a great year indeed.

New Legend of Zelda in the Works

Legend of Zelda is one of those classic games we love and and a new one for Wii U has been announced.

This new addition to the Zelda world will be a mashup of Dynasty Warriors and the Legend of Zelda. If you know Dynasty Warriors then you know this may be closer to a battle styled game than the traditional Zelda adventures we're used to.

The new game is said to be titled "Hyrule Warriors" although this name is subject to change. Not much about the game features are known but check out the video below for a quick preview.

Steambox Unboxing Video

One lucky beta tester has received  the new steambox console already and he made a video so that we can all live vicariously through him. I must say that is one interesting looking box, which is a good thing.
